THE SACHSENHEIM: German for "Saxon Home," the Sachsenheim is an incredible, three-story edifice located at 7001 Dension Avenue in Cleveland. (Google up a map, baby!!!)
An incredibly historic building, the Sachsenheim was built and administrated about a hundred years ago by the Alliance of Transylvanian Saxons, who erected a combo auditorium/meeting place/dining/music performance/assembly facility with a bunch of rooms, large and small, kind of in the style of what has become Cleveland's Beachland Ballroom. Plenty of fenced-in parking available. Large parking lots to accomodate overflow parking are located right next door. The grounds feature a fenced-in Biergarten, shaded by elegant sycamores.
A network of partially-backfilled catacombs constitutes the lower levels of the Sachsenheim's basement, which served as a remarkably well-appointed speakeasy during the Prohibition era.

Jeff Bujak generates heavily organized piano progressions, twists and winds them amid constantly evolving poly-rhythmic electronic beats and constructs a sound that is not only unique, but extremely fresh to the underground music scene. Bujak is a solo performer that uses computers, keyboards, effects, samplers and vocals to create a ‘progressive-piano groove.’ He creates a sound that unites keyboard influences of Peter Gabriel, Album Leaf and Bruce Hornsby with the hard driving rhythms of Prodigy and DJ Shadow.

CD RELEASE PARTY Saturday, May 31, 2008 Smiley Baldazar's CD Release party...we are finally releasing our sophomore CD: "Relax...It's Out Of Control". Saturday May 31st @ The Legendary Winchester Music Hall in Lakewood. Supporting acts are Devil Moto and Six Gallery. Shindig begins at 8pm, but doors open earlier than that on the tavern side. CD will be 10 bucks which includes a sweet sticker, and expect special souvenirs, raffles, prizes, and an overall ridiculous atmosphere!
