I am truly thankful
It is true that the human condition is such that one hides behind the various experiences one has in life, such the world is a frightening place, Aloneness or abandonment etc, this in turn creates false versions of reality by acting out the feelings of fear, shame, guilt, blame, anger, pity and the list goes on. I have made it a point to reverse this aspect of my programming to speak my truth and embrace this wonderful spectrum of life.
By not walking with my past in this sacred present moment. As a light worker I compensated by being extra good and selfless to make my self a good person, but this partly hid a multitude of feeling not good enough by the projections I held from the interpretation of my experience.
One doesn't have to be behind bars to be imprisoned - And now I AM FREE!
As a creative artist, it has offered me a great outlet for expression from music and various other activities, as well as my spiritual and intuitive healing/therapeutic work with others and myself. My writing on the Hue Man Condition started in my late teens - which I have called 'Sacred Whisper' 'The Missing Link"

We are surrounded by graceful surrender. The geese surrender to the
first autumn chills, and think of flying south. The flower surrenders
to the night and shuts up shop as the setting sun surrenders to the
horizon of another day. A mother surrenders to the needs of her baby,
and the child surrenders to the wisdom of the father. These kinds of
surrender are sweet and natural. They are graceful movements in a dance
to the subtle symphony of life. While we may find moments to surrender
to such grace and beauty, if we are not careful, we also tend to allow
ourselves to surrender to our appetites, to envy, to greed and then to
self centred lifestyles in which we serve only ourselves. No grace
there - only the disgrace of self-inflicted slavery. Whatever we
surrender our minds to, will eventually shape our character and define
the quality of our life. Be careful what you surrender your mind to,
even if it's only for a day, or an hour.
We think, therefore we are who we think we are. Our body image is the reflection of who we believe we are what we believe we look like. Everything we think, everything we say, becomes reality in one way, shape or form in one dimension or another. We are born with beliefs encoded in our DNA from our family. We are born with beliefs we carry from our past lives in our energy, soul existence. We grow from childhood through experiences, which each create new beliefs or reinforce old ones.
Each of us owns our own beliefs, whether conscious or subconscious, and whether originating from our own life or from others. We can change those beliefs in ourselves. Our thoughts are born from our beliefs. With our cellular body at all time regenerating itself, we program each new cell with our thoughts of the moment, whether conscious of it or not. Each programmed cell carries the encoding of our intentions and desires, our wishes, our wants, our obsessions, and our passions in order to manifest them as we have commanded. I think = I command.
