My name is Travis and I'm an adventurer, traveler and photographer who founded Safari Pacific,
an adventure and exploration company. At the age of 24, I have visited many places within the United States of America, encompassing most of the states. Outside my home country I have traveled to Canada and Mexico multiple times. In mid 2007 I departed on a solo journey through North America covering over 22,000 miles in ten weeks. Stretching from the southernmost point in the continental US to the northernmost drivable point in the US. My next big adventure will span over one year crossing the globe and over 50,000 miles.
Global Expedition 2010
Safari Pacific is preparing to undertake our most ambitious adventure and build project yet. Within two years we will depart on a two year long adventure driving around the globe. We have created two alternate routes, both consisting of exciting locations, challenging environments and wonderful people. Our mission is to push beyond the typical travel locations and bring to light what the world and its people are really about. Periodically, we will meet up with fellow travelers and clubs to delve into the local scenes. Plans currently are underway to build our global expedition vehicle, the MX2. Modifications to our expedition vehicle include adding thirty inches of additional space onto the cab, converting drive train components and equipping for the long journey ahead.
