Han pasado nueve años del origen de Safari Reggae, agrupación que en un comienzo tuvo tendencias musicales que apuntaban al rock, reggae, hip-hop, y funk, estilos que dieron sus primeros sonidos a la banda; pero con el paso del tiempo y la evolución de sus integrantes determino que la tendencia a seguir era una sola; en este caso el reggae.
Fue así como se fue creando el sonido de lo que hoy es Safari Reggae.
Safari Reggae como su nombre lo dice es una expedición dentro del reggae, que abarca distintos ritmos dentro del reggae, como lo son el roots, rock, reggae, dub, one-drop, rabadub, y raggamuffing, que hacen un total dentro del reggae.
Las letras de Safari Reggae hablan de experiencias cotidianas con el entorno que nos desenvolvemos a diario y entregan una visión positiva ante este, existe contenido con referencias al amor, al progreso espiritual, y crítica social.
La banda esta formada por Pancho Loyola, voz-guitarra,teclados, secuencias y creador de la banda, Patricio Carü en bajo, Gonzalo "Lito" Cerda en batería, Alejandro Ortíz en teclados,y Matias Venegas en guitarra.
Actualmente la banda acaba de lanzar su primer disco bajo el sello Ghetto Rude Star en Mayo de este año titulado "LA SENDA DEL GUERRERO" que cuenta con 10 canciones y 1 version dub del single "EL GUERRERO".
La tematica de sus tracks son variadas: critica social con espacio para el romanticismo y la espiritualidad. Aqui se conjugan todas las influencias por las que han pasado sus integrantes, pero llevadas al Reggae.A su disco quisieron darle una sonoridad moderna,urbana,y que tubiera personalidad propia. Es así como Safari Reggae se habré camino para entregar la mejor vibración, el mensaje y la positividad al medio nacional e internacional.

It has been eight years of the origin of Safari Reggae, in a grouping that was beginning musical trends pointing to rock, reggae, hip-hop, and funk, styles that gave her first sounds to the band, but with the passage of time and evolution of its members determined that the trend was continuing one, in this case reggae.
