About me: Students Active For Ending Rape (SAFER) is a national, non-profit organization devoted to improving college sexual assault prevention and response policies by training students in effective methods for winning these improvements at their schools.
Current campus sexual assault policies are ineffective, inaccessible, and often further traumatize survivors of violence. By maintaining policies that provide insufficient prevention efforts, unenforced and poorly executed disciplinary procedures, and inadequate rape crisis services, colleges create an atmosphere that condones sexual assault and silences survivors. We provide workshops, materials, and support to students who are campaigning for change on their campuses. Community by community, students can build a nationwide movement to break the silence and end sexual assault.
Thank you so much for being a friend on my page, and reaching out to a generation full of hurting, and broken children. Sadly, words like Kidnapped, Human Trafficking, Rape, Abortion, and Child pornography barely raise an eyebrow anymore. Innocent children are being abused, and subjected to all kinds of horrors due to apathy. You are truly special to care enough to reach out and try to make difference in a childs life.
