Safety First formed in March of '03 in Denver, CO as a 5-piece Pop Punk outfit. Like many bands, Safety First originated from highschool friends with common musical interests. The magic truly began for the band in January of 06' when 3 of the members decided to reform as a 4-Piece band, by adding their new drummer, Tim, to the stage. Over the past two years, the band has continually widened their audience with an everchanging, yet uniquely "Safety First" sound. You may have heard them at your local bar or any number of venues around Colorado, but Safety First strives to be a band that'll put on a show you won't forget.
Safety First has shared the stages with the likes of:
Kutless
Barely Blind
EleventySeven
Falling Up
Foolish Things
Thousand Foot Krutch
John Reuben
Brookside
Sanctus Real
Hawk Nelson
Skillet
Haste the Day
Jeremy Camp
