We are in the middle of completing a shiatsu course and for those of you who don't know, Shiatsu is acupressure massage, an ancient oriental technique, which is basically acupuncture without the needles! It helps energy flow around the body as it should, easing aches and pains and helping many other conditions be they physical, mental or emotional.

Hi and welcome to the myspace page for Sagittarius Holistic Health.
We offer holistic treatments and complimentary therapies including Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Indian Head Massage, Flower Therapy and Herbal Medicine in the comfort of your own home, dealing with all the things your doctor can't or you don't want to see them with and we can provide simply good old fashioned relaxation (which we all need from time to time). Areas we cover include all of Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, though we will pretty much travel anywhere if needed. Please contact us if you live outside these counties as prices may differ from the website due to extra travelling.

There is also information on all our treatments, how they work and what they can do for you. We offer a mail order catalogue as well for those of you who don't want to spend online, though all our payments are processed through paypal and as such are completely safe.
All our treatments are completely natural and safe for most people, but if you want to book please let us know if you are or may be pregnant as there are some treatments that should be avoided, especially in the first trimester, though most are safe after that.
