I/we saw you guys at the El-Mo in Toronto... AMAZING SHOW!!! Here's my review.
1. Tyler and Ben: Ridiculously good singing and playing. 2. Spencer : A beast behind the drums. 3. Jacelyn: Probably has the best looking hair in all of Toronto + fantastic harmonies. 4. Peter : Just plain cool.
Props on being listed as one Hottest Bands In Canada Poll on i(heart)music 'They are such a fun band to see live with their catchy indie pop tunes. With Islands Disappear they will become very well known. Camilio (The Magician) and B.C. Orienteering are the best tracks. (Ming Wu)'
so i just got back from the arkells gig, apparently you guys ended up there by accident and i have to say, it was the best damn accident that ever happened although that is still a bummer you had to miss your show in toronto anyways, i am in shock that i just so happened to be there at the same time you are honestly the best band i have ever heard. COME TO GUELPH AGAIN SOON :) gig next time please !
I must say on behalf of Ben and I (Ethan) from The Constables, who got to see you guys last night in Ch'town, unbelievable performance. Just top notch. It was good to see ya and talk to you. Hope to see you again in the near future.
