Other people go and yell and count to 10, others go to the gym and work out, others hit something....for me I dance! It's a way for me to express myself and to let out some steam.
I also love to work out! I work out at Ballys Total Fitness. I work out 3 to 4 times a week. Need to stay fit! You know... You know...
And last but not least..... the most important people in my life have to be my Family and Friends. They are the people that care about you when time are hard and they are there to lift you up when your down. The love from your Family and Friends are unconditional!
