STOWAWAY bases its song selection on country, pop, and rock cover tunes. The focus is to excite audiences by bringing new ideas to songs that crowds recognize.
We cover tunes from old classics including Pasty Cline's “Crazy” sand Tammy Wynette's “Stand by Your Man”, to newer country songs like Taylor Swift's “Tim McGraw”. Our pop dance selections include No Doubt's “Hella Good”, and Kelly Clarkson’s “Walk Away”. We also have a taste for classic rock. Bob Seager and Pink Floyd are real crowd-pleasers.
STOWAWAY is comprised of McNally Smith College of Music Alumni including Faith Kelley on Vocals, Cole Mickelson on lead Guitar, Ben Miller second guitar, Adam Durand on Bass, and Eric Miller on Drums.
STOWAWAY has been playing venues within St. Paul's downtown area and its surrounding suburbs. STOWAWAY has rocked stages including The Half Time Rec. (St. Paul), Trocaderos (Minneapolis), The Blue Note, home of “The Winstock Country Music Festival” (Winsted), Boonedock’s Saloon (Buffalo), Doc Holiday’s (Delano), “Concerts in the Park Festival” (Cross Lake), and many more.
