About me:

[CLICK HERE FOR THE ST.ROKER SHOP. IT'S ACE.]

The St.Rokers are on the loose... Freed from every form of employment ever attempted, Hampton St.Roker has a plan. We are going to employ ourselves instead, make some very fine clothes and then find a sufficient number of fops, cads, and roués to eek out a living from it. No idea how, you understand, but not to worry. Fate, history, and a fair amount of apathy have conspired to hand me, cousin Bertie, the task of recording our road from feckless, gin soaked libertines to feckless, gin soaked clothing magnates. There will be ups, downs, and delegation of anything remotely taxing. So pour yourself something grain based in the region of 50% proof, slip in a tobacco enema, and don your favourite dressing gown. My journals await... ps. the shop is now open at www.saintroker.com

Only just, chap! Only just.

My life has been a non stop tale of gin, debasement, administratiove accounting, go-go girls and McEwan's Export.

There have been good times, there have been sad times and at least three immovable stains which will just not shift.

I trust you are well, kind sir!

Bloody right I will! When I get back to the chaps in a few weeks I'll see about sorting out an order or 20, so that the plungers can look good before they take off on their next tour.

Riffingly good cause too, didn't know you had it in you, you old fox.

I'm thinking of (providing I'm dans Blighty) entering a Polo team up at Cowdray for a charity bash in the summer. Pink & white will be the order of the day and couldn't be bad having a bunch of public school gods sporting a bit of something St.Roker while the cameras flash.
We get a few London types craving acceptance at these events you see, and word would no doubt spread faster than a case of herpes in a Peckham tower block.

That's enough for now, The Tunnel Inn awaits me!

Brother Bertie,

As you know, I only ever say sorry in one situation in life, and that is if they wake up during, but never after the deed is done - as afterwards my riding crop does the apologising for me.

Anyway St Roker, you old poker you, my absence has no doubt hit you harder than a dry human booster shot from a chap named 'Tiny' on ones first night in prison.
But I'm back and ready to 'hang out with my wang out' as they say.
But not in a shirt lifter way, more in a 'flop her over that barrel and shut the door' kind of way. You know.

Alas, I have been away training for the next phase in my somewhat lewd and debauched life.

All is rosy, for now at least. I'm ofcourse trusting that all is wet in your area as it were, yes?

Lates.

Good to hear from you my fellow bounder, I will tell all of my parting, it will be in my blog soon enough.
When it's there may I suggest that you prepare yourself in the following manner:
No trousers, a selection of fine malts and some decent gins, a 42 ring gauge La Corona 1937 and perhaps someone of the ilk of Kato to strike on the shins when the jealousy and frustration sets in during your read.

Well, now I must trot on to ride the hunting trail and shoot any protesters in my path.

Lates.

Ah, you're living the dream! I've had notions of selling up and buying a bait shop in Devon of late but the locals won't abide me ever since my spell in that region several years ago. Matters weren't helped when my uncle ran off with the minister's wife.

I do miss Uncle Chris.

Speaking of living the dream, that rogue Séan and I tore up the local drinkeries recently, you'd have been proud of us, Bertie.

Damn proud! What a brouhaha we caused!

Tidings are mediocre in my camp I'm afraid, good man!

A distinct lack of gin, tweed and impressionable female youthful willingness. I'd blame unfortunate circumstances but in truth I just haven't been trying.

How goes the good fight from the St. Roker corner? News of new products is enough to warm my (and any other chap worth his sort)cockles, sir!

Chin chin for now,it's Celtic night in the drawing room tonight, my good friends Jameson and Grouse are here for the eve.

Bertie; Some words from Omar to start your 37th year -
Since every day is two halting places, hasten to drink thy fill of wine; for be sure of this, thou wilt never regain thy lost hours, and since thou knowest that this world drives swiftly to its total ruin, imitate it thyself, and day and night seek the sweet annihilation of wine.
XLIII - I do hope you have had an annihilatory birthday old man. LL.

Just checking in from the road, old boy.

I trust the second crusade around the Wimbledon Eight didn't incur too many casualties. Eagerly awaiting your report from the front lines.

Hey Ho! The polos arrived today and I am utterly delighted with them, they piddle all over Ralph and Jack... thankyou very much indeed!

The green is especially chirpy and matches swimmingly with some deep purple cords I bought today too... also the blue polo compliments the hue of the Hendricks bottle implicitly.

I will spread the word of St Roker round the cloisters of UCL and flaunt my shirt and the cards round our events..

On a seperate note did I tell you I'm going on Boris Johnson's 'battle bus' next week?!

The note was observed and the date noted, keep it coolbeans chum
