I am working on my debut album, which is planned to be released early fall of 2007, so check out the new songs that will be posted as they are recorded. --BIOGRAPHY----BIOGRAPHY----BIOGRAPHY----BIOGRAPHY----BIOGRAPHY-- For most of my life I have been a Christian, but not always doing what God has been prompting me to do. There were times were I completely lost my motivation in Christ and started doing secular music. This sudden change in a lifestyle was induced by the intoxicating effects of drugs and alcohol. It all started out one day while snowboarding where I gave in to a quick session of marijuana. From that I ended up trying ecstasy and was about to indulge in cocaine. I started to shoplift and stealing stuff from peoples backyards (gasoline, scooters etc.). Sometimes when I didn’t have any money I would steal money from my parents to pay for my addictions. My heart was turned in the wrong direction and completely said goodbye to Jesus and thought that I was in control of my life. My hip hop started to slow down and there was a time where I didn't even think about writing for about a month. My life was dropping fast and never saw the errors of my ways until after one night when I had left my parents house without them knowing and biked to my buddy’s house. I had fallen asleep on his floor after popping some pills and didn't wake up until 7:15 the next morning to my mom calling my phone. From there I was put into rehab and looked as though I was gonna have my life changed back to normal. From there I was not changed as I had thought because I didn't have a relationship with Christ and let him control my addictions and control my life and be set apart for him. That was my folly. I ended up smoking with people from the rehab group a couple times and getting waisted repeatedly. Again I felt myself slipping away and left my house at midnight again in the 20 below weather and biked up to my buddy’s house just to do some "magical mushrooms". The weirdest part was that I heard a little voice telling me "you are gonna get caught if you go, don't do this again". Of course, being the sinner that I am did what I was told not to. Well of course that little voice was right and I was caught at 3 in the morning from my dog barking and woke up my dad. No matter what I seemed to do wrong, it would get caught up with me. I still didn’t have a relationship with Christ and still indulged in illegal activities like grand theft auto and more use of drugs and alcohol. Not only did I disobey the law of the world, I disobeyed the law of Christ and my parents. The whole time I knew there was a God, but refused to listen to the God in front of me. As Jesus once said, “for even the demons believe and shudder”, as was for me, I didn’t want to die because I knew where was headed, but I still kept doing my wrong. After a rough night of parties on ecstasy, I was almost busted again for drugs; I knew I had to stop. I tried hard to follow Jesus, but was overall futile because my heart wasn’t fully prepared yet. I had to be touched by Jesus at a youth conference to fully see his love. The following week I hung out with Grammy nominated Fresh I.E., and did a couple concerts with him and saw his power he wielded given by Christ at his concerts. He was truly God driven; at that point I knew that, that was my calling in my life; to bring people to Christ through my music. Now Jesus is the only reason that I do my music, and am working on my cd so people can be reached through my music. “God does not CALL the QUALIFIED; God QUALIFIES the CALLED”
