about Saints Of The Underground
SAINTS OF THE UNDERGROUND formed in 2006 with Bobby Blotzer (Drums) and Keri Kelli (Lead Guitar) recruiting Jani Lane (Vocals) and Robbie Crane (Bass Guitar) to fill out the roster. Separately, these musicians have achieved multi-platinum success, but together they have combined their talents into an exciting sound that fuses killer hooks, big guitars, and rock-n-roll attitude!
Although SOTU started out as four talented guys playing cover tunes and having a good time, the chemistry grew between them grew. The band naturally evolved into a creative partnership and new songs emerged. The band entered into Blotzer's Studio (for drums & bass) and Kelli's studio (for guitar & vocals) capturing an array of original material. The result is their CD, "Love the Sin, Hate the Sinner," written and produced by Jani, Bobby, and Keri, and mixed by legendary Producer/Engineer, Andy Johns, who has worked with greats such as the Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin.
"Love the Sin, Hate the Sinner" is released on Warrior Records via Universal Music Distribution. The CD generated great buzz from the industry featuring enough heavy grooves, hooks, and memorable melodies to satisfy the most demanding rock-n-roll fans.
Tracks like "All In How You Wear It," "Exit," "Signs of Life," and a mesmerizing version of the Rolling Stones classic "Moon Light Mile," have this debut rocking along to a familiar yet distinctive beat that will please fans, both old and new.
With the passing of Jani Lane in 2011, "Love The Sin, Hate The Sinner" became the singer's last full-length studio album release.

I'm not sure how close ya all were with Jani. I know sometimes a band is just a job, and the members aren't always friends outside of the business. You made a great album with him. It will play on forever. RIP Jani Lane
Thanks for the add, and leaving comments. And sorry for your loss. Jani will be missed by all his fans and family including you guys.
