Everyone needs Walrus Juice... whatever you want it to be

This also interests me...not much that doesn't get her attention - but then again if it doesn't get her attention, would she know to be interested?

Makin Movies - Makin Pics - Makin Art - Makin Music. Not necessarily in that order. One usually uses the other three so it's often simultaneous - how else could it be? A friend once told Saint Udio there are only two things that matter - "Love and Art. What else is there?" And it's all a bit old fashioned - quite a bit like breathing really. It's been going on a long time.
'Tis amazing what she can find out about herself. Yep the internet knows everything... just ask and it will tell you...

About me: THE WORLD REALLY IS...
------------------------------------------- >--8 trim here
--------------------------------------------------------
SaintUdio was born on the side of a dormant volcano otherwise known as The Blue Puddle in a wondrous little hamlet in the South of Oz called Mt Gambodia. (known well for it's culturalwasteoutlandishness)
-----------------------------------------------------------
Probably why her personality provides such a conundrum for some. On the surface she is a quiet, cool, calm, composed, deep (bottomless actually) blue kinda gal (note the homage to country girl origin) - calm impervious etc etc blah blah. The reality though is that she could erupt at any moment - but she doesn't (hmmm... occasionally when she gets REALLY pissed off). Well, people are still drinking blue puddle water every day and it hasn't gone off yet either. Aaaah but then again...
-----------------------------------------------------------
So - in the late 60's she grew up travelling around the South of Oz, Victrania and the Northern Trenches with the fam. She lived in a variety of abodes (got photos!).^breathe here^. Spent her main growing up years dodging cyclones. Did a two year bounce back in yonder small hamlet - Mt. Blur - near Mt. G (still registers 110/10 on the richter scale as the two most miserable years of her life, generally fending off the unwanted attentions and other rubbery bits of a highly dedicated persistent relative) and then escaped to The Big Smoke in '77 (still one of the best years of her life - got photos), ^breathe here^, where she embarked on studying for a highly lucrative career in photography at the absolutely fabulous South Oz School O fArt (and she's not kidding - Saint Udio has studied and taught in other places around the country and most certainly knows that one doesn't know that one doesn't know what one had!).
-----------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------
During the 80's she decided that while her compatriots were wizzing off across the globe that she wanted to see more of Oz so jumped into her trusty Holden broom and did precisely that. To this day she has many friends who have travelled all over the world but have never left their own Oz state except maybe to commute between cities by plane. In South Oz most people she knows there have barely left their own town, yet some have toured Europe...or have they? (...is it but that they have merely jumped into the photo spreads in travel brochures...and when they get there is it like it is in the pictures?...and if it is, did they find what they wanted?) Oz is nothing at all like any of the pictures she has seen - so she made her own!!!
-----------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------
So off she went, Son primus in tow, and travelled through the Riverland, NSW and landed in Broken Bay for a while. After a short spell in the South again she took off to Hobbiton in Tranzania where she finished her (extremely lucrative) degree in photography. Son secondus was born there (both were homebirths - photos later) and she stayed for just over 4 years. Just before she left Trangiers she broke her back falling down Mt. Wellington Boots during the last great bushwalk, y'know saying goodbye to the mountain and all that (got great photos on the day just before it happened - it was worth it after all). Et voila! One always requires photos...expositions of truth!
-----------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------
Came back to the South (Mt. Blast) for a few years and then after not too much deliberating moved to Melbun to seek fame and fortune (actually to get away from that particular dedicated member of her delightful now even more extended family who is now spending some serious time in a rather large house thinking about it).
-----------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------
The B&W pics were made using her Olympus OM1n ("n" stands for "new light meter system" - can you believe it?) and lo and behold the colour pics were made using her old Nokia 2megapix mobile phone.
Who I'd like to meet: ...this girl... she goes for a six o'clock without missing a beat!
And these are some of the people she's met. Enjoy the show... If you like it then check out The Guitar Gallery via her friends list below...
And check this out...
Who does she wanna meet?
And this guy...
Amazing yes?
Who else? Well SaintUdio does enjoy her own company immensely...and she is meeting those that she wishes to anyway...
Last night someone observed me sitting on the ground looking down, they asked, "What are you doing?" I said, "I'm having a conversation with an ant. People tire me. Conversations with people are predictable, I've held too many in my time."
I believe it was an ant – I can't be certain – but it certainly was my intention.
Someone next to me said "time is just a lie" and I had to laugh because lies are all I know to be truth it's a fact.
I do fly in my dreams, but my dreams are not fact, by my nature I'm not built to fly, but dreams exist in time and time is a fact is a truth that's a lie that I know.
If someone trod on you now, ant, I would feel sorrow for your loss. Would that sorrow remain as a trace in time?
If I died now as you work, ant, would it impact on your truth? Would my body be a lie? An obstruction must be fact. Would I remain as a trace in your time? Would that make me a lie?
Someone next to me said "time is just a lie" and I had to laugh because lies are all I know to be truth it's a fact.
Ever wondered what to do in the event of a nuclear threat?
A while ago I found stuff that inspired me to make this film:
Living Under the Shadow of the Nuclear Umbrella
Both artistic (ensure you get the background music!) and educational, it primarily comprises official British government civil defence advice.
Though source materials are quite aged, much remains relevant today.
