Bio: Sakes Alive!!

"Musically, these Rochester boys have already laid claim to their own brand of screamy punk rock, much akin to Glass and Ashes, but with their own little flairs and nuances. Not content to merely write songs, they craft stories filled with rage and malice directed at the flawed machinations of the world surrounding them; songs of everyday trials and tribulations.

Act I, in essence, is a three part criticism of greed, corruption and the everyday nine to five grind of the modern age with vocalist Chris Vandeviver playing the role as the gravely throated everyman. This album is a heavy hitting opus for the discontented and disaffected, and is relatable to anyone who has a lucid, functioning thought process and for people who can’t always roll with what bullshit they’re fed. This album is solid gold and Sakes Alive!! is a band on the move."

Then some shitty drumless shit band showed up and played 4 awful songs complete with 2 awful pantera covers. We got free food booze and a place to crash because they felt bad about the show getting cancelled without any notice. And now it is hot as balls out. You halfway win this round sakes alive...
