Songs for Reema Samaha +
I want to tell you a little about the songs titled "Like A Ballerina," "Heavens Newest Angel," "Eternal Dancer" and "The Eyes Of Love". I wrote these songs for Reema Samaha, one of the students taken from us on April 16, 2007. I dedicate them to her and her beautiful family who I have grown to love dearly and to all who were lost on that day.

June 2007 - A new version of "Heaven's Newest Angel" has been added to the player. This mix features my good friend Elliott Randall.
I was born and raised in Queens, New York. When I was in my early teens my father moved us to Long Island, New York. I had a good friend who had a recording studio in the basement of his house where I learned the basics of recording. At that time I went to high school with a friend named George Morton who later became a very successful record producer better known as Shadow Morton. He introduced me to the New York City recording session scene and the rest, as they say, is history.
In my career I've recorded with Billy Joel, Simon and Garfunkel, Janis Ian, Melanie, The Monkees, The Archies, Barbara Streisand, Neil Diamond and many more. I also played on many movie soundtracks including The Godfather, Midnight Cowboy, Arthur as well as TV soundtracks for WB and many others and the story continues.
Sal,
Those beautiful songs you wrote for VT are amazing. These songs should be sent to radio stations all over the country and played to remember that children are prides and joys for their parents and maybe all this violence will end.
Peace
Sharon

The songs you have written for Reema are lovely. I can feel her spirit in every note. Heaven must have needed another angel and that was the reason she was brought Home at such a young age. You composed and played those melodies with your heart, and I know Reema is listening and smiling, as well as dancing.
Such passion and feeling that you evoke with your two compositions dedicated to the young angel Reema, now in heaven. These have touched my soul and left a knot in my stomach. Thanks for sharing your beautiful guitar music and master talent with us.
