I was born in UK and after alot of travelling the world I have now finally landed in Germany, where I live with my hubby Goetz in a beautiful remote location called Waldfrieden (Forest Peace). We are both DJs and play together in a back to back dj team called Beauty and the Beat, as well as playing individually under the guises of Sally Doolally and Goetzlich. Music takes up a huge part of our lives. My main job has been playing music for 10 years now, so I am very lucky. For over 10 years I was immersed in the psytrance scene (Goa) but my electronic roots go way back to the beginning of Baleric and include almost everything along the way. Mainly I play on trance parties, which leads me to lots of exotic places around the world. My favourite place on the planet is Australia. I love electro and groovy house music too, but no cheese! I should also say here that if music is my first love, then travelling is a very close second!
I am sure the world will become a better place in the future because I truly believe that there are enough of us who conciously envision this and dream of Heaven on Earth. We are all extended family. By the way, another addiction of mine is chasing total eclipses of the sun.

Sally Doolally has been at the forefront of the progressive scene since the late 90's. After playing to her first dance floor in the Himalayas of India, on her return to England Sally began to organize Doolally parties in London with her international DJ career starting soon after that and the doolally name sticking to her.

Sally's sound has since become very eclectric and these days she rides the fine lines of prog house, tech-house and neo trance, giving her the fresh edge she is known and loved for. After working for labels like Transient, Dragonfly and USTA in 2004 Sally was signed as official label DJ for Germanys leading progressive label Plastik Park and since 2006 Sally is A&R and label director for D-nox working in conjunction with Critical Rythm UK.

By building her mixes to create an addictive groove, this magic behind the decks has taken Sally to play at festivals and clubs in over 20 different countries. Sally plays regularly in Germany where she is now home based and she has regularly toured in Australia as well as many other parts of the world. Other countries she has graced so far include: Austria, Bali, Belgium, Bulgaria, Finland, France, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Macedonia, Mexico, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, South Africa, Thailand and UK.

Sally also plays music with her husband Goetzlich as a back to back dj team 'Beauty & the Beat' which is also their name when they produce music together with their good mate Nuke . In 2005 they released 'Wonderland - the festival compilation' a double cd compiled and mixed by Beauty & the Beat on Universal Music. Since early 2006 Beauty & the Beat are offical label Djs for Plastik Park records. Releases have followed on labels like Tribal Vision, SOG, Iboga, Echoes and Plastik Park.

Sally Doolally also resides on two German dj squads - Synergy Tribe and Waldfrieden.
