Eh, it was pretty much the same as a lot of other holidays since my divorce: just lonely. Got lots of writing done if you haven't read about it yet, and my novel is coming along nicely. I should be sending it out to editors and publishers by the end of the year. Got a new apartment, lost a lot of friends, found a possible new career, lost my car; you know, ups and downs. It's good to hear that you're happy and doing well; you know how I worry.
