Salt Lake Capoeira has classes of all levels in a convenient location.
Our students are diverse in skill level, age, gender, socioeconomic status, and ethncity. Classes focus on all aspects of Capoeira: strength, flexibility, movement, endurance, coordination, interaction, rhythmic skills, vocal and instrumental skills, cultural awareness, performance, and unity (to name a few). We welcome anyone and everyone into our capoeira circle. Come join us!

Yeah, everytime I went in for a pic either someone would bump into me or someone would move. I'm gonna try out this new program that can correct pics like that though. Hopefully it works.
I loved the event, guys! It was a joy to get to talk to each of you, you have a family to be proud of there in Salt Lake. Congratulations on all your hard work, it was a joy to be there for this event!

just sending some love to my salt lake capoeira family out there. i wont be able to make it to the batizado because my oldest son is graduating from high school on the saturday of your event. i just found . but you have my word for next year! hope all is well with everyone and i hope jamaika is working on those headspins because when i see him im gonna test hiim on it! hahahahh
