Hi!

salvador was born in Spring 2005. Through the years and experimenting several things we’ve decided to make instrumental music. So, expect hard, postmetal/postrockish tunes with loads of emotional contrasts and images of sounds. After recording our first ep in November 2007 (produced and mixed by Hein Devos, Vlas Vegas Records) we got in touch with the guys from Zucchini drive. Zucchini Drive, the alternative electronic hip-hop duo, is Marcus Graap (of Sweden's Eurocrunk heroes Stacs of Stamina) and Tom De Geeter aka Speeddial 7 (of Belgium's avant hop pioneers Cavemen Speak). When they heard the salvador-ep and they instantly fell in love with the tracks (so they told us). They decided to put down some vocals on them. It worked out for 3 songs in the same vibe. One featuring the great Elissa p. At the end of 2008 the three songs were released on Marathon of Dope. The music on offer at Marathon Of Dope is available for free download. August 6th 2009 Consouling sounds (www.consoulingsounds.be) putted down an exciting compilation where the finest young Belgian experimental bands (like Mount Venus, Karoshi and many more…) collide. Ranging from post-rock, to post-core, to post- (black) metal. Our own “We’re here to tell” was added to this compilation.
salvador has performed continuously supporting great bands Part Chimp, Tomàn, Don’t Mess with Texas, Cecilia::Eyes, Steak number Eight, White Circle Crime Club, the Sedan Vault and many many more…After this the band went quiet for a while looking for some new sounds and a new vibe… Spring 2010 we’ve released a few new tracks. More to come, we’ll keep you posted!! We’re currently supporting other bands and friends: ansatz der maschine, nomad, zucchini drive..
