About me:

It has been the vision of Paul & Suzanne White to provide a no compromise way to present the good news of the Gospel, to those who would not seek out God in a traditional manner. Thus the creation of The Salvation Saloon.

Many are finding new hope, and excitement in seeking God, in a non-judgmental, encouraging atmosphere. The Salvation Saloon is a church like no other. Our vision and dream someday is to have local chapters of the Salvation Saloon across America. So if you are entertaining questions like "is God really there?" or "why am I here & where am I going?" Then you owe it to yourself to check us out. Because the answers you are looking for, is at the Salvation Saloon!

So what is the Salvation Saloon?

The Salvation Saloon is a ministry. In some instances we are very non-traditional & non-mainstream. Our goal is to present the Gospel to everyone, with a focus on those who don’t fit into traditional church or outreach methods.

We believe that we are fishers of men, and just like it takes different bait to catch certain fish, it may take a different approach to reach certain people. We’re not afraid to be innovative & creative, or of stepping out of the norm. We don’t want to take the easy way out, and just condemn & curse the darkness. No, instead we want to light a candle!

The Salvation Saloon is not comprised solely from any particular denomination. We believe that all who has confessed Jesus as Lord, is part of the body of Christ. The Salvation Saloon is a united effort, with people from many different churches working together for the cause of Christ. Leaving behind the non-essential beliefs that sometimes separate and cause divisions in the body. Jesus wants us to be one. There is great power in the unity of His church!

We believe that God has a plan and a purpose for all believers. Providing encouragement and opportunity for all to minister and take an active part in the Great Commission, is a primary function of the Salvation Saloon. We want to provide a platform for believers to share their talents, and share with others, the goodness of our God. We believe that Jesus is alive and well & still changing lives and meeting needs and we all have something to share and give regardless of what we may have been told, or believe. The bible says in Phil. 4:13, we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. It’s God’s power that allows us to be witnesses. We have been made to do more than just fill up the pews!



The Saloon Staff

Hey sorry, NO spiritual superstars here. In fact our STAFF is made up of a bunch of outcasts and misfits. We're talking former 1%'s, thieves, drug dealers, drug addicts & a convicted murderer. Wow, rational thinking would tell you that this is no way to run a church!

But, you know what? We're actually in pretty good company. You know they use to call Jesus the sinner's friend, and it was people just like these that were His closest friends. And it was people just like these that became His disciples...that's right, His STAFF. The bible says "that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble are called. But, God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God has chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things that are mighty".

I Cor. 1:26-27
God does not call the qualified, He qualifies the called!

You know there's not a seminary on earth, that can give you the passion for God that this STAFF has. You can talk about Jesus & you can study about Jesus, but it's another thing to experience Jesus. And each one of our STAFF members have had that life changing experience that only Christ can give.
He who has been forgiven much...loves much.
