There's as much art in the design of a light show as there is science. While no one denies the need for technical expertise when setting up intelligent lighting fixtures and their computer controllers, what good is all that technical skill if the light show is boring? At Salvin we mastered the technical side of lighting systems years ago when we put the art back into lighting design, utilizing the tremendous capabilities of computer-controlled lighting fixtures and our proprietary motorized truss control system known as Tro-Botics. No one has more experience in moving truss systems than Salvin! We also do custom fabrication to create everything from special mounting brackets to elaborate lighting centerpieces.

There's a lot more to sound system design than just hanging a speaker in every corner of your dance floor. The state of the art of sound reinforcement has advanced considerably in the last few years. Computer-aided design allows Salvin engineers to position speakers precisely according to their dispersion characteristics for maximum coverage. Our investment in the most expensive acoustic spectrum analyzers gives us the proper test equipment to achieve optimum performance in any environment. Years of experience in the field helped Salvin find the most reliable products to provide trouble-free operation.

We installed our first projection TVs in the early 1980's when it was still a novelty. Now video and projection systems are a part of almost every installation. From cable to satellite, from film to DVD, and everything in between, we can design and install your visual media system whether it includes a single 27" monitor, or multiple video walls and HDTV projection televisions.
