About me:
You know, it's completely daunting to look at the list of fields that MySpace wants you to fill out that I continue to put it off. But the gist of it all is that
I'm a writer and a photographer.
Who I'd like to meet: You know, I would have had a huge list of people here seven years ago, except that since then I've met all my heroes. Which is not to say that I'm done meeting new people. I'm totally open to meeting whoever wants to meet me as long as they're not psychotic.

'City Smells' is a new literary project set up by the Edit Red Writing Community.
We are running three writing competitions, Flash Fiction, Creative Non-Fiction and Poetry, all with the theme 'City Smells. The winners of each of these competitions will win $100. But more than this, we will take the best work from each competition and compile a paperback 'City Smells' anthology. The writers who make it into the 'City Smells' anthology will each receive free copies of the book and be paid a royalty in book sales.
To submit to these competition and stand a chance of being published in the 'City Smells' book you must be a member of Edit Red, as the submission process is automated. Joining Edit Red and entering these competitions is 100% free. If you make it into the book, we will pay royalties based on book sales.
Edit Red has existed for many years and was created and is still managed today by non-fiction author Alan Emmins, creative writing teacher Chris Lee Ramsden and literary reviewer Sean Merrigan.
If you are not already a member, we hope you will join and take part in this great literary event. Sign up here for free!

Extinction
In the ultimate battle of the sexes, the loser is mankind
In the joyless, soulless world of 2150, love, sex and passion have been abandoned. In their place is hate; the ultimate war of the sexes, in which women have been all but wiped out.
In short, these are the macabre consequences of genetic modification gone way too far: the bitter end of gender and the last days of love.
As men reduce human reproduction to a battery farm churning out clones, each of whose fate is predetermined by the super state, the women of the FEMIST resistance fight for survival. They’re hopelessly outnumbered and outgunned. However, maybe, just maybe, their passion, subterfuge and above all humanity are all the power they need to redeem mankind.
Read it with your heart in your mouth as a thriller or a chilling warning to mankind and pray it’s not a prophecy.
If you are interested in what the future may be then have a look it will be available from amazon in the near future or from me direct
if you want to know more please visit my page - I will send you some sample chapters - really hope you enjoy the read - and keep the vibe real on my space
I'm glad to hear you enjoyed my workshop! I hope I managed to inspire a few people who've let the trials and tribulations of trying to get published get them down.
Sister Mary Katherine entered the Monastery of Silence. The Priest said, "Sister, this is a silent monastery. You are welcome here as long as you like, but you may not speak until I direct you to do so."
Sister Mary Katherine lived in the monastery for 5 years before the Priest said to her, "Sister Mary Katherine, you have been here for 5 years. You can speak two words."
Sister Mary Katherine said, "Hard bed."
I'm sorry to hear that, " the Priest said, "we will get you a better bed."
After another 5 years, Sister Mary Katherine was called by the Priest.
"You may say another two words, Sister Mary Katherine.
"Cold food, " said Sister Mary Katherine, and the Priest assured her that the food would be better in the future.
On her 15th anniversary at the monastery, the Priest again called Sister Mary Katherine into his
office.
"You may say two words today."
"I quit, " said Sister Mary Katherine.
"It's probably best", said the Priest, "You've done nothing but bitch since you got here."
