I’m Richard Gould, a British Drummer available for use on both recording, live projects. I work under the online alias of S.K.D.D. (Same Kit Different Day). I use the highest quality equipment including DW Maple Collectors drum kit and Zildjian Cymbals. I recently graduated from TechMusic School in West London, performing at the O2 Shepherds Bush Empire where I received the ‘Top Performer Drums’ Award.
In January 2010 I will enroll on the degree program at Berklee College of Music in Boston MA

Current Drummer for BODYMACHINE
I have experience in both studio, live radio performance and live work covering a range of styles including live theatrical performances. I am capable of being a creative drummer and contributing to the process as a musician or I can be used purely in a technical capacity. I am also a capable lead and backing vocalist, able to do so whilst playing the kit. BIO: At age of two, I got my first blue Mickey Mouse Drum Kit, and I've been playing ever since. I have had professional tuition for a number of years which has taught me proper technique, rudiments, complex time signatures, alternative styles and solo methods. Several Years outside of tuition helped me to develop my own unique style and feel. I have a very freeform style, being left handed and taught on a right handed kit I have developed a high level of coordination and independence
At the age of seventeen I was awarded a performance certificate from Trinity Music School London with distinction scoring 93/100. From there I went on to Drumtech where I took the Higher Diploma in Popular Music Performance. Since Graduating I’ve found myself involved in various projects and am currently planning a move to Boston MA where I hope to take my offer at Berklee College of Music.
