In 1987 in Die, Drôme a small village, was born Sami Wentz. He grew up in a world where only rap, funk and rnb are reconnus.It is in his sixteenth year that his passion is, they begin to attend the world of night.
He is very passionate mix quickly and is the biggest djs of the time. Upon returning from his summer vacation, the click occurs and begins to produce its own pieces.
It was after one month of work that led to the signing of his first contract with the largest international label in techno minimal style as Piso records, Autist records, or Stereo seven plus records where he released his first vinyl.
It is then the decks alongside major artists such as Digitalism, Vitalic, etc. Dusty kid , etc ...
A year 2009 arrives and big project aiming also ....
Melodic,a little bit of oldschool but also fresh and groovy, that's the sound of SAIMONT. The musical backround of this guys is just very different. Everything began in all party when he goes to listen some big minimal and techhouse music. After moving on as DJ's and having some releases with his first name SAMI WENTZ, he decided to create SAIMONT in April 2009. The first EP "Arabica " was a huge success. . . Of course this young french artist has already the next few releases on vinyl waiting in the start blocks. Labels like Kostbar ,Noir Music , Zirben and Bouquet Records support SAIMONT and his kind of electronic music. It's true that the people love their energetic sets, but also the motivation of this young mate. Just listen for yourself and keep in touch ...
