Sammy's acoustic album House Full of Nothing is available at his shows and one fine day you will be able to download the songs or buy the CD on his website sammyhundley.com. This album is a ten song collection of acoustic songs done the way you hear Sammy live most of the time - drunk. Wait; I mean - just the man and his guitar. This is his favorite way to hear these songs and we're sure you will love it too! Mike and Sammy have been repairing the Hangin' Boot studio from Ike's session there in preparation for the next project. Rumors have it that it will be a joint effort - Parrish/Hundley or Hundley/Parrish or whatever it's going to be called, it should be very interesting! By the way: It's back to work on Sammy's full-production album, which includes some new songs so stay tuned! If we can get him to stop writing and just finish the darn album!!! Damn you, Ike. As far as Sammy's story goes, here's the short version: His mom is a singer/songwriter/musician and so was one of his earliest, closest friends, Mike Parrish, so it makes sense that he'd want to do that, too. He started when he was 15 and Is still doing it. Who needs a hobby when you love your job this much?
