Sammy J is one of Australian comedy’s rising stars. Known for his hilarious songs and intelligent humour, he has won audiences over on shows such as Spicks and Specks and Good News Week, and travelled the world with his unique brand of musical comedy. In 2008, he received a Barry Nomination and The Age Critics’ Award for "Sammy J in the Forest of Dreams", written and performed with puppeteer Heath McIvor. The show went on to sell out in Edinburgh and London and tours the world in 2009.

Sammy has also created the ridiculously ambitious 50 Year Show, a comedy spectacular which will run every five years until 2058 and featuring some of Australia’s finest comedians. Recently, over four nights at the Spiegeltent, he recorded Sticky Digits - a new live album available on iTunes.
