I cannot explain the music I love. I cannot make a list that wouldn't stretch from here to Amarillo. In short, I will listen to anything, from normal workaday indie, to bizarre pop songs.

The things that fall across my ears and make me dance. The things that make me dance on my ears. The things that are unexplainable to anybody but the people who make moshpits in my brain.

Garden State. Sliding Doors. Sesame Street Presents: Follow That Bird
These are the main films that I adore.
I quite like children's films. In general, I just need to watch more films.

A lot of other things. I'm really not fussy about television much either - I'm a rather flexible guy.
Books
I love reading, but I struggle to pick favourite authors. If I had to stick my neck out into the literary breeze, I'd argue Nick Hornby, because I adore all his work.
But usually, I'm not fussy. I like to read pretty much anything (including, but not limited to, chick lit. and things to do with music), but I really don't read as much as I know I should do, considering I'm a writer.

I'm an open-minded bastard who likes Aqua and Editors in equal measure; adores Wir Sind Helden like I adore Nightwish, and will eventually die in a hail of something I've probably not heard yet.
...Plastic Pop - Coca-Cola, Cherry Coke (WHICH SHOULD NEVER BE CONFUSED WITH COCA-COLA CHERRY), et al. Anything cold and fizzy and High in Sugar/Caffeine/Both and I'll probably drink it
Cherry Coke is damn hard to find though - it's been replaced by that evil Coca-Cola Cherry stuff!...

Definitely! Sell out with Disco Influenza, and make the money you need to take Black Ajax to the heights. I mean, 10% of record sales help to justify the other 90% being released, so y'know, Disco Influenza sells millions, and that means that Black Ajax can still release a few. And gain popularity from it.
Well if you're gonna be revamping the page I'd like to see something stays in!
And Disco Influenza has been tuned into a proper song. No way is it gonna be a Black Ajax songs (the others wont allow it) but I'm pretty sure it'll be a #1, even if it means selling out! I'm gonna record some vocals tonight...
Bloody hell, you know I never check this MySpace anymore so I had no idea you'd left this comment here. Black Ajax is the new name for Central... sort of. I have no idea if I'm a fan of the name or not but we cant be bothered faffing around with band names anymore.
Coming soon is always sooner than I want. Though hopefully BA will be uploading some new songs TODAY. Now that I've said that we probably wont but we'll just see what happens.
As for The Season Ends, that has been renamed The Fall Of A Pack Of Cards after a very strange book my mum read (we may change the name again) and has been turned into a Black Ajax song! The one on TPI page is going to be the remix, though I've still got to record the vocals to add to it.
At the moment we're in limbo so to speak, like you're dead but you're not in heaven yet. I think we've got a new name and we've gotten some new songs and recording equipment ready, the next step is to make it all happen! It's going slower than I'd like but it's all part of the process I suppose.

Yeah, the Satriani is quite crazy, what's even weirder is the minute I posted that blog some guy messaged me saying "Richard, I had no idea you were a Satch fan!" before going on at me about how much he loves him, but clearly not enough to be aware of the whole lawsuit thing. :?

Actually I've been trying to write a song today about "It's a been a year to the day..." but instead I wrote an incrediably dark song about kids beating people to death on the street for no reason. Gah...
