About me:

Growing up, I always wanted to be a rock star, but unlike my siblings I have no musical abilities. Since I never became a rock star I became the next best thing: a librarian! (S'ok, you can go ahead and laugh. I wrote that to be funny.) I could say that librarians are the rock stars of the literary world but that would be untrue. We're more like punk rawkers. We love what we do and put on a great show and we do it all without any major label support. :p

Who I'd like to meet:

Other librarians, artists, writers, creative minded people, otaku and other assorted geeks. Some famous people I'd like to meet (living and non-living; no, not zombies, silly!): Keith Haring, Andy Warhol, Vincent Van Gogh, Bruce Lee, the Dalai Lama, Edward Norton, Hugh Jackman, Jimmy Carter, Flea, Jason Newsted,Marjane Satrapi, Pete Townshead, Joe Strummer, Stuart Adamson, Guillermo Del Toro, Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Gregory Peck
