We could go on here forever with a list! with lots of bands/acts from most genres & from all over the world I love. Always on the look out for new talent; and sharing that talent; and good vibe with as many people as I can get to. I believe the English need to get back to their musical ROOTS before we lose those roots forever! Listen to music from all over the world; you can still hear that countries musical ROOTS; no matter what the genre of the music is; from that country. The classics from a long gone age; when there was a script; and no F words were needed to make the writers point! Ealing comedies; Alec Guiness was pure genius; the old school of Holywood; no actors around today who can hold a candle to the likes of Cary Grant & James Stewart. Most of today's films are just B rate movies; with B rate actors; relying on the technology; violence; and the F WORD! However I do enjoy some of the better movies made these days; these include the Harry Potter films; although I was disappointed with the last one; and I think Johnny Depp as capt Jack Sparrow is a weeze; thoroughly enjoyable capers.Television
Don't have one; don't need one; and will never have one again! 'Big Brother' was the final nail in my TV's coffin! After being ripped off by a shall we say a colourful mobile company; I now do without one of these also; just as I did for most of my life anyway.Books
Don't have much time for books these days; usually find myself reading the following music magazines; Classic Rock; fRoots; and Songlines. Used to read quite a bit; Stephen King is a favourite author of mine. One of my favourite books is The Crystal Cave; by Mary Stewart; I couldn't put it down.Heroes
