On the heels of their breakout hit, "So," Sandlot Heroes have established themselves as one of the tri-state area's marquee unsigned bands. When major pop station B104 started spinning the song in 2007 – after picking up a copy of the band's demo – nobody could have predicted the monstrous success the track would have. The song quickly caught on with listeners of all ages and was voted number 1 on B104's nightly top ten countdown for five weeks straight, beating out all-stars like Nickelback and Matchbox Twenty. The band saw an enormous spike in popularity, drawing huge crowds to headlining shows and opening up for names like Yellowcard, Jesse McCartney, Boys Like Girls and New Found Glory among many others. Capitalizing on the momentum created by "So," the band hit the studio this year with established producer Adam Richman to craft a whole new set of power-pop hits, including "Out Of My Hands" "The Trainwreck" and"The Illusion." All the right moves are in place for 2009 to be the year Sandlot Heroes breaks through to the mainstream..

Hey guys! I'm sure Dr. Zimmers thanked you already for letting Kali hang out the other day, but I wanna say thank you too. She RAVED about you guys, and how nice, and how cute ya are and how she really likes your music. Being a musician myself, I think it's great when kids get to experience the music and being able to watch their reactions is priceless. Thanks again guys! Peace and Love!
