I love quotes because someone always seems to be able to say it better than me.

I also love black and white photography. I know the world isn't black and white but it just looks so much better photographed that way :)

I love cats. I love wearing dark red lipstick. I think brunette's with brown are eyes are THE sexiest creatures in the world (both genders!) but I bend the rules sometimes ;). I love to read books and my collection is getting out of control. I love to travel and hope to someday visit all 50 states. Lately I've developed a passion for France! But at the top of my list is China.

I'm not a dreamer, I'm a realist! I'm definitely a HOPEFUL romantic though. I love writing lists. I treasure my solitude as much as I treasure fun times with friends. I've finally found happiness and it isn't in the arms of a man or in a bottle or a pill. It's not a brand new purse. All I'll say is I'm glad I found it or should I say, I'm glad it found ME!

Unable to leave it at that, I will also add that I'm extremely moody, I don't walk around with a smile plastered on my face unless something or someone gives me a reason to, I have an indelible love for languages, I love to cook, I am prone to cutting my hair with craft scissors, and 12 year olds think I'm really awesome. Every cat in my neighborhood knows me or my son. I do not like: ~ chili ~ The Hills ~ girls who wear tights ass pants thus creating muffin-top ~ dark chocolate ~ sports (unless i'm there in person watching!) ~ racism, homophobia, or ANY sort of bigotry ~ snobs ~ Coach ANYTHING ~ when there/their/they're isn't used correctly! ~ hot summers ~ spiders and cockroaches! I think that's about it for me...
