Country, Sevendust, Type O Negative et. al., blues (give me Etta James), Sinatra, some Elvis, Classical depending on my mood. Some friends have even gotten me into some R&B and hip hop.

Pan's Labrynth blew me away. It was beautiful and tragic and shocking. I will recommend it to anyone.

ER, Eureka, Las Vegas, Scrubs, Burn Notice, In Plain Sight, Psych... Mostly, I DVR all kinds of things and then delete them without watching because I am reading something.
Books
I am reading some really good spiritual books right now, Spiritual Connections-how all your interactions with people in your life no matter big or small affect you. It is eye opening. Just bought a book about Houdini written by a guy I went to school with. Can't wait to read it.

I just bought my mom and dads house in D-town, where I have pretty much lived all my life (exciting, Eh?) Probably why I want to travel the world if I ever get the chance. That means, after my kids are out of college, have great jobs and either send me or take me along!!!
