Music is Sandy's first love and she has devoted herself to it wholeheartedly. Her lifetime commitment is cemented
in her focus to be the best artist she can be.
Sandy has a deep understanding and passion for music. When she was just 12 formed her own vocal group, Xposia.
Sandy was the lead singer and together the girls wrote music that was used on the Matt Brown show on the
Nickelodeon channel.
During her four years as lead singer in Xposia, Sandy honed her skills as a vocalist and gained invaluable
experience in how to harmonise with other artists.
Ever the hard worker, Sandy is always willing to invest in herself. She graduated from the Academy of Contemporary
Music – known as Europe’s leading school musicians. Winning a place here meant that Sandy received extensive vocational
training in technical development, production and session styles. Studying at the Academy enabled Sandy to expand upon
the range of genres that she can accomplish.
An experienced live performer, Sandy is accustomed to performing with a full band and she knows how to work the
audience with her sultry voice and amazing stage presence she captivates.
Her performances at venues such as The Jazz Café, Cobden Club and The Bedford have endeared her to her loyal fans.
Sandy has provided the entertainment at events that include the GCAP 2CR Awards, The Miss Black Britain beauty pageant,
Birmingham Carnival, The Cambridge Big Weekend and the Best Bar None Awards.
Not content with being a singer, Sandy is also a songwriter and producer and has written her own material.
Her lyrics show maturity beyond her years with songs that capture the emotions of modern contemporary love.
Sandy’s debut single 'So into You' and the accompanying video was well received early 2007. 'So into You' and the
follow up 'You and Me' were taken from the debut album 'Affairs of the Heart'. Executive produced by Sandy, it's
12 tracks of classy R&B brilliance. Taking the listener on a journey of emotion, tracks range from sexy ballads
to uptempo songs that feature the vocal talents of Flawless, Chunks and Silvastone.
Sandy has stepped into the music scene as a solo artist in her own right. Her self-belief, talent and professionalism
are the perfect formula for success.
