We call ourselves Sane Haven, and we're just a couple of dudes trying to make good rock music. We formed the band in the summer of 2006 after being inspired by bands like Element Eighty, TrustCompany, Chevelle and many others.
For those of you who don't know the story behind the Haven it goes like this; after watching some rock videos one night, Rod asked Jeff the fateful question, "Can we do that type of shit?" With a simple nod the two original members of Sane Haven trooped it to Sam Ash with $250 in their pockets. Needless to say we sounded like crap with no skill and low budget gear, but we still had the motivation to keep practicing.
yo.... check out the vid we uploaded, its just a rehersal of us but itll give u an idea of our older sound, our newer sound is a little heavier... when are we jamming dread lock flockin jiggy wid it poppin dirty south pop em colla flippa dimebag ballas?

Yo Sane Haven peoples... August 28, u r coming through to see us rehearse and give us some input. Even though your presence in the studio may create a black whole vortex into the darkness of oblivion, we are willing to risk this anomaly for the sake of socialization.

Holy shiz night, I'm on the top list? damn, sweet!!! lol. Haven't been to the page for a while.
Ah, smash studios is a lot like fastlanes I see, great, so i don't have to haul my heavy ass amp no where. I'll just bring my guitar and pedals. I have to voyage to 8th avenue and 35th street to argue with corpate accounting for my w2's, so I might be near the neighborhood.
What day do you guys usually practice, this way I can at least try to formulate a stradegy of start jammin' with ya.
