How can we introduce this upcoming artist? The 6'0, exotic looking, young man named "Sanjay" hails from Baltimore, Maryland (Home of the Real Singers) and finds himself on the way to superstardom. Sanjay found himself attending school at the well-known Morgan State University located in Inner Baltimore until he decided it was time for him to fill that void in the music industry. From grades ninth through twelfth Sanjay was able to expand and polish his vocal abilities through the well-active Milford Mill Chorale as well as many talent shows in Baltimore and surrounding cities. Running almost 6 miles a day 5 days a week as well as strenuous vocal coaching in the Classical and R&B realm has proved effective to this young mans range and vocal skill. I guess you can say that Sanjay understands and values the meaning of hard work. Growing up he never settled for mediocre or less when it came to his craft and good music. Working with some of the hottest producers and songwriters from Atlanta to Los Angeles has molded Sanjays vocals into a unique sound unlike no other. With two Jamaican parents and a background of Indian descent, gives Sanjay his unique look and name. His mom, a Gospel singer, with unique vocal abilities, actually remembers Sanjay singing from the wee-age of 7 and has aided him in his dream to become professional singer through her vocal coaching. In this case Sanjay had decided to take a different approach musically, Sanjay is headed toward the R&B-Hip Hop Genre, which shows him worthy through musical influences such as Stevie Wonder, Usher, and Michael Jackson. With such music greats under his belt show that this upcoming star is going to leave the public eye in awe. When hearing this young man sing his voice demands attention and along with his personality and being so humble its amazing how so much talent can be balled up in one person. Sanjay in Hindi meaning the sun is an indication that this artist on the rise is going to shine. So stay tuned for this upcoming prodigy bound to set new heights in music.
