Grew up in the 70's-80's on great dance music, had a roaringly fabulous clubbing 90's as a "hot chick", and am now settled, married and content to review my "glory" days periodically! I get restless and change hobbies, pretty much the same way I change my hair colour (and thats pretty often) So this is my new hobby..lets see how long this one will last!
After completing my M.Sc.in government, I am currently tutoring at University and am embarking on a PhD in the near future..so the grey matter in the brain isnt completely dead! (lol) ..dont let the glib talk fool you

I'm not on as much as I used to because of the same reason you mentioned, but I still come on because there are a few people (like yourself) that I've bonded with and feel it's important to keep that connection. Yanno?
FB was a little disappointing. I kept having to delete things off my wall that I didn't send to friends & the twitter-feel I didn't like much; knowing that someone is about to have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich...things like that every 15 minutes or so, was annoying. I guess, MS suits me. Thanks for caring enough to ask. (smile)
