Shimmering pop escapism the likes of which Venue hasn't seen since the majesty of The Sundays over 10 years ago Venue Magazine
These tracks deserve to be flooding discos across the land, fuelling first shy glances, then furtive flirting, followed by head-over-heels romance The Fly

If you've heard the EPs you might think there's an English gentility about Santa Dog but tonight your thoughts would have been nursing their wounds in the local A&E because Santa Dog prove they have balls. Quite wonderful
SoundsXP live review
Santa Dog play sparkly, summer-soaked pop with chiming guitars and a sinister perimeter. Think Blondie going two rounds with the Smiths on the edge of a cliff with a stiff breeze whipping up skirts and causing mischief and you're still nowhere near capturing the band's distinctive sound and uniquely English charm.
Formed in 2005, the band initially self-released three EPs, followed by a 7" with SoundsXPerience and debut album with Quince Records in Japan. The band have received airplay on Radio 1 (Huw Stephens), Kerrang (Cntrl, Alt Delete & Indie Nation shows), XFM Scotland (Jim Gellatly) and numerous worldwide specialist alt/indie shows including Babes in Boyland (Paris), Popscene (Radio Bremen, Germany) & US college radio.
Live, Santa Dog have played all over the UK and further afield, including dates in Paris, Toronto, & Austria.

Hello. Please do delete this comment if you so wish.
We're just making sure that everyone knows that our debut album 'Horses For Courses' is available to buy from our little record label's online shop:
http://www.donttellclare.co.uk/shop.htm
Its been selling faster than we expected, and we currently only have around a quarter of our stock left - so we thought we'd better you all know that if you want a copy then now would be a good time to pick one up! If you buy it from the link above then you're buying it direct from us, the label aren't taking a cut - so its a bit like Fair Trade for struggling musicians.
International mail-order is available, just follow the instructions.
Thank you very much, and sorry for making a mess of your profile. If its any kind of consolation, we don't have a MySpace bot, so I'm leaving these comments the old fashioned way. Three -and-a-half thousand of them. My life is so exciting.

Wow! Santa Dog you were absolutely wonderful, fantastic and amazing throughout the entire Big Pink Cake all weekender. Your set at The Cube was stunning and jaw droppingly amazing. Then the second whammy at The Ruin, Rowena your acoustic set was magical. Heather and I are totally totally spellbound. XX Matthew and Heather
