Que en la actualidad está conformada por los hermanos Miguel, Juano y Bruno Celi, además de Danilo Castro, quienes experimentan la fusión de la música electrónica (down tempo, deep house, trip hop, drum ‘n’ bass e industrial), con el bolero, la música rocolera, yaravíes y bossa nova. "Porque Santana Chill Out Café es un pub lounge administrado en el más allá por nuestro abuelo Mario Santana, quien fue baterista en un night club, y además fue primo y mejor amigo de Rogelio Ramos, creador de la canción Pan de Pinllo", asevera Juano.
