I enjoy reading, gardening, cooking, baking, watching movies, crocheting, creating art out of anything and everything, having good conversations with interesting people, playing some video games, playing some 'nerd' games like DnD and WH40K, fishing in the summer, swimming, playing mahjong, and most importantly: EATING gooooooood food. (and drinking hot tea with my Dad)
Music
i can handle everything but country country,.... i mean like twangin country music makes me vomit... a lil bit ... in my mouth.
Right now I listen to a lot of Gnarls Barkley, The Raconteurs, Norah Jones, Green Day...
Movies
tim burton films, anything 'b rated horror' genre... the cheesier the better, most sci-fi stuff, some drama... very few 'chic flics.'
Recently I have enjoyed "Everything is Illuminated"... I plan on rewatching "Hocus Pocus", "Nightmare Before Christmas", and "Sleepy Hollow" in honor of Halloween.
Television
Television rots yer brain and comes from satan ;)
I enjoy reruns of Seinfeld and very few other shows these days. I tend to watch the nightly news to keep up on whatever the mainstream media chooses to dumb down and spoon feed me.
Books
my father was a librarian... I love books. so I'd say "ALL".
Recently I have read books by Anne Rice, Ellis Peters, Anne McCaffrey, Michael Pye...
I would like to recommend "The Pieces from Berlin" by Michael Pye. It was an enjoyable book I read in the spring and I'm still thinking about.
Heroes
Jim Henson, VanGogh, DaVinci, and every other great artist that has ever wandered the Earth.

I can’t think of anyone that I’m like in more ways than a few. I have quarks and odd personality traits that distinguish and define me.
I’m an artist. I have an official document from an accredited institution to back it up. I enjoy drawing the most. I’ve been told I have a very good technique with a pencil. I like painting also: Watercolors, acrylic and some oils. Charcoal and pastels occasionally catch my fancy. I lean towards the surreal. I mirror reality in an unusual light… warped and somewhat distorted. I like using found objects in my more recent pieces. Bits of this or that can add a lot to a piece. I am utterly and fully in love with artist books. I’ve made some in the past… and I adore them. I have plans for more in the future.
I enjoy several past times. You can find me ‘arting it up,’ reading, watching movies, gardening, walking, spending time with my family and friends, and some times just spending time outside. I have a twistedly interesting sense of humor. I enjoy “British” humor quite a bit.
I pride myself in the love I have for the world around me. Other cultures tend to fascinate me and prompt recreational research. I haven’t found an animal I don’t like yet… albeit some are less attractive than others. I have traveled in the past… Mexico, Canada, England, Jamaica, etc… I would love to travel again if I could afford it.
I try to live a healthy lifestyle. I steer clear of fast food as much as I can. I don’t smoke and I don’t drink; mostly because my small physical stature makes the effects less than pleasant almost instantaneous.
I am an animal lover at heart. I have three rescued felines.
--->HILARIOUS: Stewie in the Pool~!!!
So… that is “about me”…
Who I'd like to meet: I'd like to meet creative, funny, interesting people who share at least one quality with me...
I dabble in creating myspace layouts, images, etc. Contact me if you are interested...
(my top 4 friends are all FluGal original Layouts~!)
I was funna but then I sold a few more things too. So I figured rather than bother you twice I'd just ship it all at once. I'll call you monday for sure.
You should read the new penny arcade. Its about the writer's strike.
Oh, I was just telling a friend the other day how sad culture is today when the most successful author of our time, J.K. Rowling, writes children's books. lol
Happy Tuesday. I saw lots of amazing art on my trip, Van Goghs, Rembrants, enen a Michelangelo. I tried to bring one back for you but they wouldn't let me take it out of the museum. The Dutch can be selfish like that.
