Television
We don't have TV in the house, but I'll always love The Simpsons (in original version, without silly French dubbing)...and Inside the Actor's Studio (oh, that James Lipton). And I watch the Oscars every year with running commentary simultaneously in French and English. Good times... Plus I watch Jon Stewart's Daily Show .., but must I count that as television? Methinks not so much.

It's those who are closest and love us endlessly that help us carve our self-statues...
Oscar Wilde once said, "When good Americans die, they get to go to Paris." Well, I decided to come early. I'm an American in Paris who makes films and other art internationally. One of the things I adore most is meeting and working with new people from all over the world.
Who I'd like to meet: You. And You. And You. And You. You know...
That's great! What did you do there? Show your own film? Simo is great, he's working as an editor for the most famous finnish TV channel, and I'm working in a kindergarden at the moment while planning some film projects. I was just in LA by the way. Check out my pics if you want to.

I keep planning to renew my stalking efforts...soon, my pet. In the meanwhile, if you don't run from the room screaming, "My eyes! My eyes!" I thought you might enjoy this...as you can see, he's still a show pony. www.dannmead.com
awww, I thought I was purposely ignoring you. Happy belated birthday! You'll have to tell me what the two week hide-away was about later. I might have another American friend in to visit this next weekend.
