Band Members	I'm on a few different projects... solo, but also with some great producers - The Everyday Junglist, Dr B.. Plus I'm finally getting a band together with Josh, DJ and Yusuf. Wahey!! Sounds Like	Mudge said I was a bit like Ani Difranco!... he talks of an early album. My voice is maybe a bit like Tanita Tikaram... others have said Tracy Chapman! The content... well, a bit like the other peaceful, freedom people... Michael Franti (Spearhead), Levellers, Peace Not War crew... love you :) Any other suggestions? Let me know...

So, the wind just picked up and flipped all the leaves I had turned- all the thoughts I'd burned came flooding back, despite what I'd learnt, and took me out to sea. Thought I needed to change my tack, but the sail's gone slack, and so I just lay back lay back and watch the gulls watching the fish as I try to word my wish.. For the last 3 years I've been living a beautiful dream, check the film below.. I put the documentary together with Fil Itistv (and all the other spikies who helped out - big up!)... amazing space for 160 years... can't believe that Spike is empty now (bar one man and his dog)... they blew the community apart. Some Council Southwark has.

Alice Miller I tell every one to 'do what you love, it's your gift to universe' .... and explain it's NOT about doing nice stuff, (that arises from being who one is naturally enough); it's about being honest, transparent, being one's natural self. It's about refusing the boxes of 'civilisation' and accepting the open and free natural self. Who we feel ourselves to be. I know that all natural creatures improve the habitat for all natural life by being what each is, unique and unrepeatable, thus ever more precious, though no more than any other. That biological honesty is the foundationof a healthy environment and empathy, or consciousness, expressed in many ways, allows the adaptive responses that maintain dynamic equilibrium. An environment in which all life can thrive. Thus I see obedience as a form of dishonesty, and dis-obedience as a form of honesty. I see that people with natural empathy have a deeper basis for healthy relationships and communities than those that require rules, regulations and the threat of punishment.
