Singer-songwriter Sarah Louise Owen has established herself in Wales through her Welsh language music, with an album and an EP out with Sain Records.
Sarah’s debut English language album, Skin Deep, was recorded in Canada with the Nashville producer, Tommy Parham and release on Folkal Records.
This year Sarah’s song was a finalist in Can i Gymru (Song for Wales), which she performed live on S4C to a TV audience of over 120,000.
Last year she was selected for BBC New Talent (Radio 2 Songwriter's Academy) out of thousands of entries, and also got through to the live stages of UK Live and Unsigned.
Sarah performs with the piano, often accompanied by an acoustic band (violin, guitar and percussion).
Sarah has played festivals in Wales, had radio sessions (including on BBC Radio Cymru), her music is regularly played on BBC Radio Wales and often performs on Channel 4 Wales (S4C)
Sarah is also doing an MA in Feature Film Screenwriting in London
