It's been a great ride with Lez Zeppelin, but I've decided to leave the project to pursue other creative adventures. I want to personally thank you all for your support these past few years. We could not have achieved all we did without you. Lisa and Helen have decided to leave the project as well. Please check all of our individual websites, MySpace pages, etc. often to find out what each of us is up to. Thank you so very much for your continued support.
Much love and the best for 2009,
Sarah
Sarah was born and raised in Australia but moved to NYC at 17, to pursue a career as an entertainer.
After scoring her first US gig as the "Lead singer" on the " 100th Anniversary Harley Davidson Open Road Tour" in 2001, Sarah travelled throughout the US, Australia and Japan alongside such headliners as Kid Rock, Hootie and the Blowfish, Aerosmith, Tim McGraw, Lynard Skynard and Bob Dylan.
She then made her BROADWAY debut as a Singer/Dancer in the musical "42nd Street" at age 20. After performing on the great white way, Sarah moved to Las Vegas to perform in the Original US company of the Queen smash musical " We Will Rock You" where she understudied the lead role of 'Killer Queen'.
Working directly with Brian May and Roger Taylor (Queen) and Director Ben Elton, Sarah won rave reviews when she stepped into cover the lead role after only weeks of rehearsal.
On the night WWRY opened in Las Vegas, Brian personally invited Sarah and selected cast members, to sing live on stage with him and a bevy of rock and roll legends at the after party gala.
Performing on stage were not only Brian May and Roger Taylor but Steve Vai, Steve Lukather, Meatloaf, Glenn Hughes and Chad Smith (from the Red Hot Chilli Peppers) For a girl from Bundaberg in Queensland, this was a dream come true!
Planting her feet in both the theatre and music industry, Sarah relocated back to NY and recorded her demo of 3 original pop/rock songs with producer Anthony Santonocito in 2005. ( listen to them here...)
As quickly as the demo was finished, Sarah was offered the role of lead singer in the all girl Led Zeppelin tribute, LEZ ZEPPELIN. (http://www.lezzeppelin.com)
The past 3 years has been a roller coaster of sold out shows, across 10 countries and rave reviews, including making appearances in Rolling Stone US,Germany and Japan, Time Out New York & Chicago, Entertainment Weekly, The London Times, BBC.UK, CNN.com, The Sydney Morning Herald, AOL.com, Relix Magazine, The Boston Globe, Seven News Australia,The New Yorker and many more.
In Hawai'i, we place a "Lei", or Flower Garland, around the neck of a Visitor, returning Friend, or Lover. May we offer you some flowers from our gardens, as an imaginary Lei to welcome you...
I just want to let some greetings for you here from Germany. I hope you are fine. I am always thinking of the great time of your Lez Zeppelin touring and I am also looking forward for hearing about some news due to your new projects.

It's been a while Sarah! Congratulations on your new endeavor. "Lost" sounds fantastic. The vocals are immensely present. When you get a few, could you share info about your recording experience for that track? Congrats again :-)
