They're moving to Portland to pursue music and art and trees, but they'll be seeing you soon.

What some nice people have said about us:
"Sarah Reddington plays pretty straightforward, summer breezy folk rock/country pop tunes that are actually quite warm and familiar sounding without ever getting cheesy or overly derivative. This is tough to pull off typically. Oh yeah, they have a good singer too.... another DFWd rarity."- We Shot Jr
"Cody Seals is not Sarah Reddington"- Jonanna Widener (Dallas Observer)
"Sarah Reddington and Voot Cha Index open; I’ve seen both bands in the past two weeks and the sets were so horrid I wanted to gouge my ears out with Casio Keyboards"- Sam Mackovich (Formerly of the Dallas Observer
"Sarah Reddington is one of the best ones around! instant classics"- Delmore Pilcrow
"Sarah Reddington appeals to all the things you know we like best: solid song structures, good vocals, tight melodies, etc. They're definitely a band to keep an eye and ear on."- Bobby Ewing Dreams
"Last night, Sarah Reddington folk-country-Denton-beard-rocked my face off....The Reddington set featured some of the most artful tambourine I've ever seen, and the keyboards made them far more interesting to listen to than most folkie beard bands."- Wee Demon Dot Com

But on the stand, Mary Winkler described a hellish 10-year marriage during which, she said, her husband struck her, screamed at her, criticized her and blamed her when things went wrong. She said he made her watch pornography and wear "slutty" costumes for sex, and that he forced her to submit to sex acts that made her uncomfortable.
She testified she pointed the shotgun at her husband during an argument to force him to talk through their problems, and "something went off."
