Walking in the Gray
To the right is the light, and the left is the dark
The left is the mind and the right is the heart.
There is yin and there is yang, and either side has pain.
There are truths and desires, there are whips and there are changes.
There are lessons to the left and trials to the right.
Try, and try again, try with all of your might.
You can try to refrain but we all must play this game,
Decisions must be met every step of the way.
There is black and there is white, but then again, there is gray.
For to the left is the black, where you have to watch your back.
There is evil, and there is power, and their hearts are a bit sour.
They taunt me with desire, wishing to brand me with their fire,
In the darkness, where they lurk, they hide the truth under the veil.
So alone and unwounded, without feeling, nor emotion,
Not even an ocean on which their thoughts could sail.
The dark is rigid and rocky, as dangerous as can be,
No emotion or attachment, here, their minds can play free.
Still they urn for something more, something solid in it's core.
Intelligent as can be and as tricky as misery,
they know there is more, but they cannot find the door.
And in the light, you see the white, where they give up the fight,
So pure and innocent, it is almost a shame,
In this place everyone has a name, so full of fortune and fame,
You can possibly proclaim that this place is rather plain.
However, peaceful and calm, beautiful and serene, islands in the streams,
with buttercups and lilies, laces and frillies, naive fouls and their fillies.
Unicorns and healers, and all the good that exists, finds itself here in this rainbow-like mist.
They say that stupidity is bliss, and all you need resides in love's first kiss.
They sing and they dance, with music they enchant, beneath the light all day, they frolic and play.
They fold their hands and pray in hopes to save the lost, from the black, and from the gray.
Where the light meets the dark and shows it's emptiness.
Where the dark meets the light and takes it's breath away.
This is where I stand, this is where I walk, where I stay, right here, in the gray.
Atop this tight rope, with my head held high, my eyes, all three, appear glossy.
For I see the signs and relieve a gentle sigh, for the stress of the middle can be quite high.
I am a juggler, and a fiddler, a jokester, and a riddler, for this place is a circus, and I am in this act.
For on the left there is Saturn, who can be quite stern, when he wants you to learn,
And on the right there is Neptune, who is quite the lune, who opens his beer just before noon,
I cannot pick sides, as they fight their battle where the either resides, I cannot decide for I know too much, I feel too much, and I cannot hide, so in the middle of this chaos is where I reside.
No fairy goggle glasses, and no pre-req devil classes can help me to rise above this war.
One cannot see truth being blinded by the light or being frightened by the night.
I will walk on the broken glass as an outcast, I will weather this storm, outside of the norm,
To find the truth that transpires between the two fires,
This is where I stand, this is where I stay, I will not sway from here in the gray.

Uranian Bonds
You know when you have been doing this for so long....you are able to see "your people" the ones that you connect with even when there are no words or explaination for it. Its when their aura, presence, or being gets your attention....and you know there is just something special about a person. I can tell those things, I can see peoples souls, I can feel what you feel, and I can tell you whose energy I like. It doesn't matter age, gender, coke, pepsi, or color....you just know...it is that Uranian sense of knowing....not Jupiterian knowing...that is facts and concepts...but Uranian knowing is much more complicated..it is a 6th sense of knowing and trusting that understanding feeling. This is, just is. This is, even if you cannot see it. You know, you sense, you understand, Uranian knowing. Even when truth is non-existence and facts are no where in sight....
You are one of those people to me. One of the few. One of the special to me, someone that I just know. Call it karma, call it past lives, call it connecting, call it chemistry, call it attraction, but I cannot put a name on it because it is more than words to me. It is feeling like you already know someone when you have just met, it is knowing someone and having an ephipany that you already love them, it is realizing something that you never knew, you never knew. It is by itself, and everywhere. It is Uranian. You are Uranian to me. You are the one that stands out in a crowd, the tip of the iceberg, the black sheep, or the needle in the haystack. You march to the beat of a different drum, and I hear the same one. We are on the same sound system, I wish you could also hear these vibrations. Understand these puzzles, and speak my language, perhaps one day, I will have been meant to teach you.
