About me:
This is the official myspace page of the Sarasota Fiction Writers group.
We meet at 6:30PM on the first Wednesday of every month (unless otherwise noted). In June, July, August and September, we conduct writers workshops in the upstairs conference room at the Selby library in Sarasota.**********
All other months, we have a speaker and meet in the downstairs auditorium of the Selby library at 6:30 PM.**********
On the third Wed. of the month, we have critiques at the Sarasota Books-A-Million on Tamiami Trail. The critique group starts at 7 PM. However, at 6:30, we discuss a published short story and debate the merits of the story and why we think the story was published.***********
Please bring at least 10 copies of your short story or chapter from a WIP that you want critiqued.**********
