About me:

Sarasota is ranked the worst city in the country for homeless people. Help fight the machine. (read more here and here)

The money spent by the world on weapons in one week is enough to feed all the people on Earth for one year. When over 800 million people go hungry and 40,000 starve to death each day, how can we spend another dollar on war?

If you feel that people need food more than bombs we want you to contact us today. The next few years could profoundly change the world for generations and Food Not Bombs is working to make those changes positive for everyone. Join the hundreds of other Food Not Bombs groups or start a group in your community.

We need help to create a Food Not Bombs in Sarasota/Bradenton.

What does Food Not Bombs do?

*Distributes free vegetarian food to anyone who wants a hot meal.
*Provides literature tables to empower people with information about hunger, health, peace and justice.
*Provides hot meals at to protests and events.
*Organizes creative actions to end war and poverty

We invite you to work with us to provide desperately needed services and information to our community. For more information visit the official website: foodnotbombs.net

If you are interested in helping, please email us at: sarasotafnb@yahoo.com

Sarasota Food Not Bombs serves at Five Points Park near Selby library in downtown Sarasota. The picnics start at 6pm on Fridays. The food is cooked at 4pm in the 2nd court lounge of the New College campus.

justinian was really distraught all summer so I was wondering what was up, since he has changed all of a sudden.
He has been all the most fineass babydolls at art-class and they all talk about him now like he is a
fineass when just last year, he was a big moron
It turns out that he has been doing these wang enlargment tabs that he orders online from ACOSD.COM
His secret came out when I was at his appartment and he was in the shitter so this was my time to sneek
around in his room and get some clues, I found eight bottles of wang enlarge tabs all from ACOSD.COM
Under his bed in a brown paper bag. He caught me and made me sware to him I would never tell anyone, he thinks
the girls will think he is a fake for taking the tabs to make his wang grow so massive in only a couple months.
Anyways, I seen it for my own eyes, he is massive now and living proof that the tabs do work and the place you
order them from even guarentees they work on any guy or all you paid right back to you, go now to ACOSD.COM

Greetings & Salutations

It is now glaringly obvious that the posters and our other activities have attracted the attention of The United States Department of State and other governmental agencies. I recently applied for a passport as part of my next two quarters of Independent Learning Contracts (Spring to go to the G8 as part of a medic team in Germany and Summer to go to Mexico and conduct interviews concerning the G8’s influence on that region) these will complete my BA degree through The Evergreen State College. My application was denied. The Department of State said they wanted Complete Employment Records (including employer I.D. numbers), Complete Educational Records, Complete Residency Records, Complete Tax Records and the names, addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, dates of death, dates of marriage of ALL my family members. I have contacted my attorney and he has sent a letter, as have I and my primary instructor for the spring contract. So far this has met with no response from the Department of State.
I am asking that each and every one of you that appreciate freedom and resist oppression write a letter of support and send it to:

United States Department of State
Colorado Passport Agency
3151 South Vaughn Way, Suite 600
Cherry Creek Place III
Aurora, CO 80014

Protesting the unconstitutional use of the United States Intelligence services to intimidate law-abiding citizens.

Through them denying my passport they have not only caused the two contracts to be nullified but have delayed graduate school for a whole year (at best) and caused mad chaos with the financial aid office. This has placed me in a very difficult and expensive situation as I have already purchased $1110.30 worth of non-refundable airline tickets and made many arrangements in and around Germany for the upcoming G8 Convention.
I know that together we can fight this monster and that if we let them intimidate and coerce us into silence that we are guilty of collusion th

PEACE JAM 2007
Camp Quixote & G8 info Tour
Benefit Show!
We here at Replacements Needed and The PeaceGuard N.W. are proud to present the G8 Info Tour on March 26th, 2007. There will be two presentations one at 4-6p at Traditions Café and another from 7-9p at The Olympia Free School. This important information tour is here to help raise awareness of the G8 and its influence not only on America but the world. We ask that everyone attend and show your generous support for this information tour that is concluding its 24+ country tour here in the Pacific Northwest.
To show our gratitude to the G8 Info Tour we have organized an acoustic jam session on March 25th at Percival Park here in Olympia, WA. This is open to any and all acoustic musicians who would care to participate and will be from 7-10p. Due to City of Olympia laws prohibiting busking (playing music for donations on the street or in public places) we must pre-sell tickets. These can be purchased online at:

https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_xclick&business=replacementsneeded%40hotmail%2ecom&no_shipping=2&no_note=1&tax=0¤cy_code=USD&lc=US&bn=PP%2dDonationsBF&charset=UTF%2d8 and will be available for pick up at “Will Call” the night of the event. We ask for a donation of $10.00 per ticket but larger donations are always welcome. Proceeds will go to benefit Camp Quixote (Olympia’s Tent City) and The G8 Info Tour. We ask that you donate generously to help us help these worthy causes and to continue our work.
If you are a musician and would like to join in “Peace Jam 2007” please arrive a bit early so we can co-ordinate performances. This is a “permitted” event through the City of Olympia Parks & Recreation Department designed to raise awareness concerning Camp Quixote and the effects of the G8. Please bring the kids, dog and family for a fine night on the waterfront and help us help these fine causes.

sarasota was rank the #1 meanest city in the country toward homeless people. help fight unjust laws that target the homeless along with other related issues such as gentrification!

anti-lodging ordinance protest
december 8th
Sarasota County Courthouse
2080 Ringling Blvd, Sarasota, 34237
early evening until morning

hello! some friends and i are organizing a demostration and civil disobedience camp-out to protest the anti-lodging ordinance in sarasota that specifically targets homeless people. the demonstration will be held at the courthouse on dec 8th. i just thought i'd give everyone a heads up in advance (mark your calendars!). also, if you would like to help out, let me know! we want this to be huge and fun. there will be lots of press people at the protest so we want to make a lot of noise. there will hopefully be lots of banners/posters, bands playing buckets and acoustic guitars, possibly radical cheerleading and a critical mass ride to the protest. when the the date approaches, i'm going to get a bunch posters, sheets, markers and paints so anyone can come by and make banners! it will probably be for a few hours in palm court (New College) the day before the demostration.

the protest will be the legal part of the demonstration. everyone is welcome to participate and there will be lawyers present to ensure that people's rights are not being abused. the camp-out is the illegal part of the action. this will be for people who are willing to brake the unjust law in protest. it's impossible to predict how the police will behave with the media present, but people engaging in the civil disobedience part of the demonstration face the possibility of getting arrested. if people are arrested at this demo, the possibility of actually getting the ordinance overturned in court will open up. we encourage only those who understand the legal implications of intentionally breaking the ordinance to participate in the civil disobedience part of the demo. we understand that most people will not want to take this risk, so we encourage everyone to at least participate in the legal protest to show support for this cause! the demo will also be focused around issues such as gentrification and the recent decrease in facilities and services for homeless people in sarasota.

to learn more about what we're protesting, visit our website!
http://homelessrights.co.nr/

contact us if you want to help! contact if you want to play at the demonstration! see you there!
