General	Food, wine, dancing, art, new languages. I'm always working on something. When I do have some time, it's always spent with good people and good wine. Currently, learning French is taking up a lot of my time. Voulez-vous parle Francais avec moi?
Music	makes my world go round.
Movies	Luckily, I am pretty easily entertained. I am no movie snob by any means, but the classics for me will always be The Big Lebowkski, True Romance, Usual Suspects, Pulp Fiction, Fight Club and The Boondock Saints. I'm sure there are other movies that I've watched a thousand times over, loving each time, but these titles are the ones that come to mind.
Television	Simpsons. Family Guy. Arrested Development. The Office. Mr. Show. I like a good laugh. Iron Chef Japan for late nights, and of course Top Chef. :)
Books	I'm a bit of a book worm...What I've read this month: Kafka on the Shore. Soul Mountain. Busting Vegas. Life of Pi- If you haven't read it, I stongly urge you to pick it up NOW. The best book I've read in a long time. What I just finished: In Cold Blood... It's amazing. I urge you to read this as well. What I'm reading now: The biography of Truman Capote. Inspired by the book I just finished, I am now on a Capote kick. I should watch that movie soon.

Born in Orange County and raised in Santa Monica, California. I went to culinary school in new york and have lived there for 6 years. I just moved to Chicago. Loved LA because it's where I'm from, love NYC because that's where I grew and now I'm sure I will love Chicago. I love life and will be the forever optimist.
