Really, I hate these types of things. You are suppose to write all this stuff about you that really no one cares about. And I know this, because I keep getting e-mails from people who ask me questions that I know are answered in my profile. I have variety of interest that include photography, reading and writing, watching movies, listening to music, enjoying very simple things.
Music
I love music I can feel.. it does not have to be in English as long as I can feel the emotion... I love old rock from the 60's, female artists like Fiona Apple, Jewel, Amy Winehouse, Corrine Bailey Rae and Nora Jones, Male artists like Jack Johnson, John Legend, Harry Belefonte, UB40, Bob Marley, Sublime..... But recently moving into my number one spot is a Hindi Fusion band called "Indian Ocean". Brilliant Music! Check them out!Other Hindi favorites include Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Junoon, Jagjit Singh, Anup Jalota, Sukhwinder Singh, Gurdas Mann, A. R. Rahman and Ravi Shankar.
Movies
I am into movies that inspire me and others. Movies that give me a "warm fuzzy feeling". Movies that show off artistic directorial abilities... and storylines that surprise and have unexpected twists. The new movie Slumdog Millionaire has just become my favorite.. the story has heart. and again shows artistic direction it is BRILLIANT! Check it out!
Television
I do not have a T.V. and I don't miss it. I would much rather see things first hand.
Books
I have just completed Jane Eyre and Gone With the Wind for the first time. The Wild Thorn Birds has probably been my favorite. I must admit that I LOVE the Harry Potter Saga... OH THE SHAME!!! But I am a "cool" fan of J.K. Rowling.... I promise I do not go around waving a wand! I also enjoyed The Saffron Kitchen, The Mantra... Other than that most of the books I read are lesson plans. IF I catch a good book, I will let you know . I feel that all people can be inspired by the Holy Bible.

yeah for the most part I like the changes its much easier now to send gifts to friends who use gs...i don't like spamming friends either so that part does suck. and i am no sure about acorns but looking for them does not bother me so no big deal.
